– Help is needed setting up booths, tables, etc. starting Wednesday, June 6th at 4:00 PM. No tools needed.

– Additionally, the electrical who is in need of volunteers to set up power. Helpers do not need to be licensed. If you can help the electrical crew, called Dave Smith at 419-619-3610.

– Festival tear down will begin on Sunday, June 10th after 8:00 AM Mass. Lots of helpers are needed!


Cakes, pies, brownies, cupcakes, cookies, etc. are greatly needed for the Lunch Stand and Sweet Tooth Booth at the St. Wendelin Festival.
Bring the items to the school on Friday, June 8th and Saturday, June 9th from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.
Workers will be at the southeast corner of the school to assist you in dropping off your baked goods. Thank you for your generosity!


Air Extreme Ohio, LLC is a new addition to this year’s St. Wendelin Festival. These impressive inflatables will take the place of the rides normally provided by Durant Enterprises, Inc who were unable to attend this year. Some of the interactive activities Air Extreme Ohio will bring include Eurobungy, Obstacle Course, Meltdown, Leaps and Bounds, Hippo Chow Down, 18 Ft Slide, Jungle Adventure, Combo Bounce House, Bounce House with Hoop, Home Run Derby and Full Count Press. We are so excited to welcome them as a new feature!


Our baptism calls us to live and spread the Good News of Jesus to all we meet.

The St. Wendelin Festival will feature a GOOD NEWS booth where volunteers are needed to greet, meet, listen to, share with and pray with those who may need a listening ear or someone to be Jesus to them. Volunteers do not need to be expert theologians or a staunch defender of the faith to participate. The only qualifications volunteers need are the love of their faith and the joy of sharing it with others in a non-confrontational way.

As you start your spring cleaning, please save your clean and in good repair household items for the Collectors’ Corner. Donations can be dropped off in the SWCS North Gym on Monday, June 4th, Tuesday, June 5th, and Wednesday, June 6th from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
*No clothes, encyclopedias or sharp knives will be accepted. Live plants will be accepted on Thursday, June 7th.
Volunteers are needed to help set up beginning on Monday, June 4th at 9:00 AM, throughout Festival weekend and on Monday, June 11th. Meals are provided during set up days. Stewardship hours are available.
Anyone with a means to help parishioners transport sale items to the gym should contact Cindy Reinhard at 419-939-3491 with your availability. Parishioners who are unable to transport their sale items to the gym should also contact Cindy.
On June 9th from 3:00-7:00 PM, items are 50% off. At 7:00 PM until close, items will be $1 per bag.


Sign up for the 22nd Annual St. Wendelin Golf Classic on Saturday, June 9th at 8:00 AM at Lakeland Golf Course. The individual entry fee is $50 or $200 per 4 person scramble. Each entry includes 18 holes of golf, a power cart, bratwurst lunch and prizes. Register in the Parish Office or contact Tami Honse at 419-435-6692 x307 or tami.honse@stwendelin.org. THERE’S ONLY ROOM FOR A FEW MORE TEAMS!
